Brian Stephens is a seasoned music producer who has amassed an impressive catalog of work across many different genres of music.  He has produced music and musical artists whose work has appeared on television networks like ABC, MTV, Oxygen Network, and Soapnet.  His clients’ music has also been placed in rotation on hundreds of college radio stations, terrestrial FM radio, and the two satellite radio giants XM & Sirius.  Brian’s work has also appeared in theatrical and television movies.

But Brian’s talents as a producer have not been relegated to mere studio CD projects.  He has produced projects for corporate clients like Verizon Wireless and Fox Sports.  Brian has also lent his creative talents to industrial multimedia projects, audio books, podcasts, and scoring for promotional films.

Brian explained, “I am not one of those producers who will just work with anyone who can fog a mirror and sign a check.  I have three criteria that I look for before signing on to be The Producer of a recording project. First and foremost, the client must have genuine talent in their chosen discipline.  Whether it’s singing, rapping, or playing an instrument, I choose to work with people who have a passion for their craft and talent to back it up.  Even if that person or group is a proverbial ‘diamond in the rough’, I need to see some glimmer of unmistakable talent.  For corporate clients, I want to work with a team whose talent and passion inspire me.”

He continues, “Secondly, we need great songs.  Many times, an artist comes to me with good songs or the germ of a good idea for a song.  My job as their producer is to help them fully realize that idea until we have a cohesive, complete song that is nothing less than great.  And lastly, I require that a client be committed to making a great recording.  Timeless albums are ones crafted with blood, sweat, and tears.  Great albums are great sonic art and to shortchange the process of making a great album is to rob the world of great art.”
